- During a trip, a minor tourist must:

Observe generally accepted rules of conduct;

Keep order in a room (personal belongings);

Follow the requirements of counselors (group leaders);

Observe personal safety rules (not making contact with any unauthorized adults, not purchasing foods from individuals, constantly being part of their group or unit);

Observe fire safety regulations, rules of conduct on water and in any other extreme situations, protect the environment, protect the property, accommodation facilities and other children;

In case of injury, disorders, conflict in the children’s team or in any other emergency situations, a child must immediately notify the counselor (group leader).

When traveling, a minor tourist is prohibited to:
- Store, use or distribute matches, explosives (pyrotechnics), poisonous substances (including gas sprays), alcohol drinks (including low alcohol beverages), drugs, toxic substances, and medicines. In case of their detection, they will be confiscated under a deed and destroyed.

Responsibility for the failure to follow the Rules of Conduct in an accommodation facility.

In accordance with clause 2.2.2. of agreement, the Agency and (or) the Tour Operator may repudiate the agreement and deliver the minor tourist named in the Order to the place nominated by the Customer at the Customer’s expense in the event of repeated or gross violation by the minor tourist of the Rules of Conduct in an accommodation facility, including in cases where the minor tourist:

crudely violates the rules of his/her personal safety and internal regulations, including unauthorized departure from the territory (building) or during excursions, swimming without supervision;

causes any moral or physical damage to other minor tourists;

causes any significant financial damage to other minor tourists or accommodation facility;
-
uses, stores or distributes alcohol drinks, drugs or toxic substances;
-
commits any illegal actions, including extortion, threats or theft;
-
has any significant medical contraindications or chronic diseases hidden at the conclusion of the agreement that may adversely affect the health of a minor tourist during vacation.
- In case of intentional contamination of the territory or building and if no culprits are identified, the entire team (group) shall clean up the contaminated area. In the event of a mass disruption of discipline, the entire team (group) may be punished by involvement in community work (for example, duty in a canteen) or any disciplinary sanction (for example, bedtime at 09:00 p.m., etc.).
- In case of any unexpected or dangerous changes in the behavior of a minor tourist, similar to alcohol or drug intoxication, a group leader may call doctors for analysis and rehabilitation procedures which are carried out at the Customer’s expense.
